Abilene Baptist Association Social Ministries is here to serve residents of Abilene and Taylor County who are in need.  Aid is coordinated with other agencies serving the Abilene area through the "211" computer network. Services provided include food, children’s clothing, personal care items, and household goods. Clients receive assistance with food and clothing every 60 days.  While meeting physical needs is important, our clients' spiritual needs are also considered. Special care is taken to counsel with each person to see that needs are being met and to ensure each one has the opportunity to know Jesus Christ personally.
